• Preparation of Contract Scope of works in discussion with client. Preparation of Scope of works for sub-contract such as topographical survey, geotechnical investigation works etc. Review of the documents prepared by sub-contractor for various surveys.
• Ensure the project is technically sound and optimally designed, engineered to appropriate standards and specifications, meeting required product specification and meeting HSE requirements.
• Manage all engineering activities meeting quality, performance parameters within cost and schedule targets.
• Ensure that cost effective solution in engineering design are adopted while maintaining quality, constructability, operability and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with COMPANY’s objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, processes, procedures, standards and guidelines provided by COMPANY from time to time.
• Services during tendering, evaluation and awarding the project.
• Providing independent reports to higher management and shareholders highlighting the areas of concern and solution for the same.
• Resolving technical queries, resolving non-conformance, recommendation to client for acceptance or rejection of deviations, change orders.
• Organize and participate in value engineering, design, integrity, reliability, risk, HSE and other studies and workshops such as 30%, 60% and 90% design and model reviews.

Pre-Bid Support For EPC Companies

• Main tender Civil & Structural documents study & preparation of list of salient points, exclusion points & concern points.
• Preparation of Civil / Structural Project Information Document.
• Preparation of civil & structural estimates of project civil units using in house worksheets & software.

Anil is a passionate Civil & Structural Engineer having vast experience of 22 years in wide spectrum of projects of different scale involving multiple engineering disciplines. Main areas of expertise include Oil & Gas projects, Refinery projects, Industrial projects, tall buildings.

In his career, he worked with reputed organizations such as Tata Consulting Engineers, GS Engineering & Constructions, Wood Group, NPCC Abu Dhabi and ADNOC Abu dhabi.

Over the years, Anil has played an influential role in a number of notable projects, right from concept study, FEED to EPC phase of projects in sectors like aviation, hydropower, oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical. During his stint in the United States, Anil worked on various construction projects that included parking decks, water treatment plants, schools and commercial buildings. Anil has worked as PMC engineer for ADNOC Offshores for approximately 5 years.

Anil has visited UK, Italy, South Korea to attend design review workshops in consultants office on behalf of ADNOC and Participated in value engineering, design, integrity, reliability, risk, HSE and other studies and workshops such as 30%, 60% and 90% design and model reviews.
